When is Reunion 2024?

Reunion 2024 will take place from Friday, May 31 through Sunday, June 2, in-person, in Easton, PA.

Events

Can I pay at the door for a Reunion event?

Advance registration is strongly recommended for reunion packages. A limited number of walk on registrations will be available. Housing is not guaranteed for walk-on registrations.

What’s on the menu?

Reunion food offerings include options to fit any taste! Food options will be offered at events throughout the weekend and include everything from snacks to buffet and plated meals, to food trucks. Please share any dietary restrictions on your registration form. If you have specific menu questions, please call the Office of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving after May 1, 2024.

Are there vegetarian options?

Yes, at all the meals, there will be vegetarian selections.  Please indicate any dietary needs on your registration form.

Lodging

What items are included in residence hall housing?

Each room has one, two or three twin beds and chair(s), desk(s), and dresser(s). Basic bed linens, a pillow, and a lightweight blanket are provided. For your comfort, you may want to bring your own pillow, robe, slippers, clock, fan, and hangers. Each floor in the residence hall typically has a designated communal men’s and women’s restroom. Alumni are welcome to bring air mattresses and/or sleeping bags to share a room.

How do I get keys to my room?

Start your Reunion Weekend with a visit to Reunion Headquarters in the Pfenning Alumni Center.  Here you will receive your Reunion materials, housing assignments, and have a chance to see who has arrived.

Can you accommodate a specific room request?

We are unable to accommodate specific room requests but will group classes together as much as possible.

Where is Pfenning Alumni Center?

Pfenning Alumni Center is located on Hamilton Street, next to Oeschle Hall. For more information, see the campus map.

What if I arrive on campus outside of registration hours?

It is recommended that you arrive during registration hours. If you register for on-campus housing and plan to arrive after hours, please indicate this on your registration form or by calling Alumni Relations at 610-330-5040. There will be instructions at the registration area in the Pfenning Alumni Center for retrieving your keys and checkpoint from Public Safety.

Children, Family & Guests

Are guests invited?

Yes, spouses, children, other family members and guests are welcome to attend!

Are any of the events child-friendly?

Yes, children are welcome at all of the daytime events.

Is there a childcare service?

Yes, child care is offered for Reunion 2024. Please call the Office of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving at 610-330-5040 for more information or assistance with childcare.

Can I find out who else is attending?

Yes, please check the registration page on Leopard Link to see a list of all registrants.

Registration

How will I know if my registration has been received and processed?

You will receive either an emailed confirmation depending on how you register for your Reunion.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds can be accommodated up to May 20, 2024.

Refunds requested after May 20 will not be considered until after Reunion. Since registration fees are applied to associated event costs, full refunds cannot be guaranteed.

Parking & Transportation

Where should I park?

Parking is available on the Markle Parking Deck, Leopard Parking Deck, and in the Bushkill St. Parking lot. Visit Parking for a full map.

Attire

What is the suggested attire?

Casual and comfortable – bring your leopard print, throwback apparel and your favorite maroon and white!  June in Easton can be unpredictable.  Dress for Friday and Saturday dinners is business casual to cocktail attire.

Miscellaneous

Can I get contact information on other alumni before Reunion Weekend?

You may look up and contact fellow alumni through Lafayette online alumni community Leopard Link.

Are pets allowed?

No, with the exception of service dogs.

Is smoking allowed on campus? In the dorms?

No smoking is permitted inside campus buildings.

Are the Reunion events handicapped accessible?

Yes, but please notify the Office of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving of special needs by calling (610) 330-5040 in advance, as alternate arrangements may need to be made for some events. Specific residence halls have a limited number of fully handicapped accessible rooms. Similarly, elevators are available in some residence halls. If you need a room on the first floor, please let us know.

Will academic buildings be open for campus tours during the weekend?

Will the College Store be open?

The new College Store, located at 211 McCartney Street, will be open Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

What are the dates for upcoming reunions?

Reunion 2025 will take place June 6-June 8, 2025

Reunion 2026 will take place June 5-June 7, 2026

Reunion 2027 will take place June 4-June 6, 2027
