Can I pay at the door for a Reunion event?
Pre-registration is mandatory for the individual class cocktail parties and dinners, as well as for on-campus housing. We strongly encourage pre-registration for all other events, to ensure proper space and meal planning. Alumni not registered will be accommodated on a space-available basis only for events and additional fees may apply.
What’s on the menu?
There is a mix of buffet and served meals during Reunion, please call the Alumni Relations Office for specifics or special dietary requests.
Are there vegetarian options?
Yes, at all the meals, there will be vegetarian selections. Please contact the Alumni Office at (610) 330-5040 prior to Reunion Weekend with any special needs. We will do all we can to accommodate special dietary needs.
Can I reserve a table at an event?
Tables will be reserved by class year at all-alumni events (excluding breakfast). Where tables aren’t reserved, on-time arrival will help assure your seating preferences.
Will classes be grouped together?
Yes, classmates will be in the same building as space permits. If you have a special request (e.g., you want to share a room with a certain person) please indicate that on your registration form. We will honor housing requests wherever possible for those who reserve apartments by the registration deadline.
