When is Reunion 2023?

Advance registration is strongly recommended for reunion packages. A limited number of day-of passes will be available at the door. Housing will not be available for walk-on registrations.
Reunion food offerings include options to fit any taste! Food options will be offered at events throughout the weekend and include everything from snacks to buffet and plated meals, to food trucks. Please share any dietary restrictions on your registration form. If you have specific menu questions, please call the Office of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving after May 1, 2023.
Yes, at all the meals, there will be vegetarian selections. Please indicate any dietary needs on your registration form.
Off-campus accommodations, such as hotels or local house rentals, must be secured independently. A non-exhaustive list of local hotels can be found here and many residents may list on Airbnb.
Each room has one, two or three twin beds and chair(s), desk(s), and dresser(s). Basic bed linens, a pillow, and a lightweight blanket are provided. For your comfort, you may want to bring your own pillow, robe, slippers, clock, fan, and hangers. Each floor in the residence hall typically has a designated communal men’s and women’s restroom. Alumni are welcome to bring air mattresses and/or sleeping bags to share a room.
Start your Reunion Weekend with a visit to Reunion Headquarters in the Rockwell Integrated Sciences Center. Here you will receive your Reunion materials, housing assignments, and have a chance to see who has arrived.
We are unable to accommodate specific room requests but will group classes together as much as possible.
Rockwell Integrated Sciences Center is located on Anderson Courtyard between Acopian Engineering Center and Watson Hall; across from Hugel Science Center. For more information, see the campus map.
It is recommended that you arrive during registration hours. If you register for on-campus housing and plan to arrive after hours, please indicate this on your registration form or by calling Alumni Relations at 610-330-5040. There will be instructions at the registration area in Rockwell Integrated Sciences Center for retrieving your keys and checkpoint from Public Safety.

Yes, children are welcome at all of the daytime events.
We do not plan to offer this service at Reunion 2023. Please call the Office of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving at 610-330-5040 for more information or assistance with childcare.
Lafayette College students will be available to talk about the current Lafayette experience. We encourage alumni to participate in the Legacy Admissions Forum, an exclusive event to learn information from our expert Admissions & Financial Aid teams to help understand the complexity of the college application process, and provide your high school juniors with the opportunity to hear from and ask questions of current Lafayette students.

You will receive either a mailed or emailed confirmation depending on how you register for your Reunion.
Refunds can be accommodated up to May 19, 2023 less a non-refundable processing fee. The processing fee will apply to all cancellations; this fee offsets processing costs incurred.
Refunds requested after May 19 will not be considered until after Reunion. Since registration fees are applied to associated event costs, full refunds cannot be guaranteed.

Parking is available on the Markle Parking Deck, Leopard Parking Deck, and in the Bushkill St. Parking lot. Visit Parking for a full map.
Casual and comfortable – bring your leopard print, throwback apparel and your favorite maroon and white! June in Easton can be unpredictable. Dress for Friday and Saturday dinners is business casual to cocktail attire.

No smoking is permitted inside campus buildings.
Yes, but please notify the Office of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving of special needs by calling (610) 330-5040 in advance, as alternate arrangements may need to be made for some events. Specific residence halls have a limited number of fully handicapped accessible rooms. Similarly, elevators are available in some residence halls. If you need a room on the first floor, please let us know.
Student-guided campus tours will be available while you are on campus.
The new College Store, located at 211 McCartney Street, will be open Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
